No 12-page fine print. Here’s exactly what we promise and what we expect.

1. The service

Siamfolio provides a one-time website design and delivery service for small businesses. You order, we build, you get a working website on your domain — in 7 calendar days from payment.

2. Our promises

  • 7-day delivery from receipt of payment. If we miss the deadline, you get 30% of your money back automatically.
  • A complete website: 4–6 pages, mobile-first, bilingual (TH/EN), connected to your domain, hosted free for 12 months.
  • Hand-polished: AI drafts the first version, our team finishes every detail before launch.
  • 1 round of revisions included after the mockup is approved. Light edits free for 30 days after launch.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Provide a public Facebook page and Google Maps listing we can scrape.
  • Respond to clarifying questions within 48 hours during the 7-day build window.
  • Pay the invoice within 7 days of approval.
  • Own (or have rights to) any photos, logos, and content you submit as additions to the AI-generated draft.

4. Pricing

The current launch price is €300(≈ 12,500 ฿) — a 30% discount on our standard €429. Prices are inclusive of Thai VAT. We issue a tax invoice on request.

Year-2 hosting is 3,000 ฿/year. You can move to your own host anytime — we hand over the code.

5. Refunds

See our Refund Policy for the full terms. Short version:

  • Don’t love the mockup → pay nothing.
  • We miss 7-day delivery → 30% back automatically.
  • You change your mind after launch → site stays, no refund.

6. Ownership

  • You own your domain, content, and the final site code.
  • We retain the right to mention you as a customer on our site and in case studies (anonymized on request).
  • The Siamfolio brand, our templates, and our delivery process remain ours.

7. Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim related to your order is capped at the amount you paid (€300). We’re not liable for indirect damages (lost revenue, downtime caused by third parties, etc.).

8. Termination

Either side can cancel anytime before the site goes live. Once live, you own the site — we just stop hosting (with 30 days’ notice).

9. Governing law

Thai law governs these terms. Disputes go to Bangkok courts. EU consumers retain their mandatory consumer rights regardless.
